What You’ll Be Doing as a Business Development Executive:
Driving Sales Success
At the heart of this role lies the pivotal task of not only achieving individual revenue and sales targets. But surpassing them, through pinpointing, engaging, and converting medium to large-sized fleets. All while predominantly operating via phone or Zoom, with occasional face-to-face interactions accounting for 10% of your efforts.
Analysing and Strategizing
Regularly delving into detailed commercial reviews with your sales pipeline will be your bread and butter. Your keen eye will spot areas ripe for opportunity and potential risks to success. Each prospect will demand a tailored strategy and precise action plan, ensuring seamless management of short to long-term goals.
Consultative Approach
This is not your typical sales experience; our clients trust you to embody our core values while delivering unparalleled service. Your role extends beyond mere transactions; it's about understanding their explicit needs and crafting bespoke solutions that guarantee success for both parties.

Ways of Working:
This is a permanent and full-time role with the flexibility of hybrid working based out of our ultramodern offices in Knaresborough. We work Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
