The Role:
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can run the small kitchen alongside the Head Chef. You will manage the kitchen and the pass. This role will evolve into a Senior Sous Chef position within the next 3-6 months. You will ensure all kitchen prep is complete and ready for service, cook during service, and ensure plates leave the pass correctly. This role includes all standard Junior Sous Chef duties.
Experience:
We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef from a fresh food kitchen, capable of working independently or as part of a small team. A background in fresh food is essential.
