Sous Chef required to join the team at this superb privately owned country pub and award winning restaurant in South West Oxfordshire
Working for a Michelin trained head chef and his Team standards are high but not overly complicated serving 20 – 30 covers for Lunch and 30 – 40 for Dinner
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef to help him run the kitchen, cooking with all fresh ingredients with a fair amount of freedom, Chef is ideally looking to push for 3 Rosettes somebody with experience at this level would be of great interest
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Buckland, Faringdon, Highworth, Lechlade-on-Thames Abingdon or possibly Swindon area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £36,000 depending upon experience
Generous Staff Tips approx. £4000 - £5000
