Description The Human Resources Department supports the global Church mission as a partner to enable a qualified and engaged workforce to labor diligently in the Lord’s vineyard. The purpose of this role is to support Human Resources core/essential work for the Europe North Area requiring senior professional experience, working under minimal supervision, having comprehensive working HR knowledge, and handling complex issues and problems. This role reports to the Area HR Operations Manager and partners frequently with the workforce, leaders, HR Team, and headquarters. Responsibilities Accountable to deliver the following and other essential activities within the Europe North Area: Talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, job offers, onboarding, and orientation. HR policy administration, interpretation, and support. Time and absence administration, payroll processes, annual leave tracking, reports and issue resolution, and employee record management. Compensation and benefit administration including issue resolution and communication. Workforce relations, dispute resolution process, and compliance. Training and support of managers and employees. Communication with the workforce. Other essential tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required: Strong commitment to the mission and values of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or CIPD level 5 and extensive professional HR experience or any combination of equivalent education and related work experience Solid knowledge of HR operations. Knowledge of HR best practices. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization, as well as experience with reporting tools and dashboards such as Power BI, Tableau or others.
