Service Desk Analyst, IT Support Engineer, AV, Audio Visual, Professional Services, Helpdesk Analyst, Microsoft Troubleshooting, City of London, On site, 6 months FTC
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst to work for a Professional Services Firm based in the City of London. This position is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide First Line IT Support / Helpdesk Support.
2. Troubleshoot issues within the Microsoft Technology Stack, including Office 2016, Office 365, Windows Azure, Active Directory, and AV (Audio Visual).
3. Communicate effectively with Lawyers and Partners, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
1. Strong experience in First Line IT Support / Helpdesk Support.
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly with Microsoft technologies.
3. Experience in a Professional Services environment, preferably Legal IT.
4. Outstanding telephone manner and communication skills.
