A little more about your role…
* Leading on salary benchmarking across the UK conducting local benchmarking and analysis and assessing market position.
* Assessing local salary positioning and benchmarking by analysing survey data and regional knowledge.
* Completion of salary survey submissions to support benchmarking activities.
* Developing and maintaining salary structures and ranges.
* Providing compensation and salary insights and analytics to key stakeholders.
* Leading on annual reward activities such as salary, bonus reviews and share scheme and work closely with HR teams across the UK to ensure salary and bonus reviews are appropriate.
* Supporting UK reward communications and awareness.
* Working with the HR Leads and I&D lead on the annual Gender Pay Gap reporting exercise, supported by analyst.
* Collaborating with the Benefits Manager to provide a seamless Reward and Benefits advisory and support service to the business.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
* Experience of salary benchmarking and working with salary surveys and job levelling including Kornferry / Mercer / WTW.
* Ability to analyse, organise and present numerical and statistical data in an engaging manner utilising advanced excel skills.
* Ability to be detail orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience of managing salary review processes from analysis, budgeting, recommendation gathering and communication.
* Ability to communicate with, partner and influence, key stakeholders and be able to explain complex matters clearly and simply.
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines.
* Experience of managing pay review tools is an advantage, in particular Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Qualifications
* CCP accreditation or CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
