Job Description
Following a successful opening in Soho, we are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The right candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and management teams to lead the kitchen team on shift, manage the flow of food service, and support the development needs of the team.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the kitchen team during shifts.
2. Manage food service flow over the pass.
3. Support team development and training.
4. Handle kitchen administrative duties such as due diligence, ordering, stock take, and rotas.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in a similar restaurant environment.
2. Confidence in supporting team development.
3. Good knowledge of kitchen administrative duties.
