We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our Catering Team and play a vital role in our operations.
This role requires a chef who can take a leading role in the kitchen, working with the Head Chef and the wider team to successfully manage and delivery the varied needs of the club.
Role Responsibilities include:
1. Senior kitchen role, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver FGR Food across all areas of the Club including the stadium, concourse, Fan Zone and the Eco Canteen
2. Taking full responsibility for the Eco Canteen; an offsite pop-up canteen for 2 days per week, including preparing fresh food each week, organising deliveries of food and arranging staff required
