Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Work Pattern
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week between 8am-6pm Monday to Sunday, with 1 in 3 weekends. You will be required to spend at least two days per week at one of our office sites after completing your training.
