What you'll bring:
* Global experience with large population businesses
* Ability to provide clear analysis and suggestions to support the business
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee annual reward processes, including salary reviews and bonus cycles.
* Assist the Reward Analyst in maintaining job levels using the Aon Radford methodology and managing the annual salary survey. Support benchmarking governance.
* Regularly review and update salary ranges to reflect market trends.
* Support the Head of Reward in researching and developing new reward initiatives.
* Lead the execution of new reward programs and initiatives.
* Prepare ad hoc presentations and proposals as required.
* Manage relationships with third-party benefits providers and handle escalated benefits and pension queries (second-stage resolution).
