Sous Chef- LIVE IN- High volume- 48k OTE is made up of 38k plus service charge About us: We’re looking for Sous Chef to join the team at the Crown & Anchor on Dell Quay, near Chichester and can provide live-in accommodation in stunning surroundings. We cook fresh, seasonal, local produce – whether that is sourced from nearby farms or seafood that is caught and landed daily. Our menus are all written in house, and change depending on what is available, so you’ll be working with a whole range of ingredients throughout the year – creating dishes as dynamic as the seasons themselves. You’ll be working alongside our award-winning Head Chef, Phyl to create fantastic plates of food, empower and develop the team and look after all aspects of Kitchen Management in our busy, food-destination pub. Over 50% of our Head Chef appointments are internal, and alongside development in house, there are a range of courses and opportunities that we can provide outside of the four walls of the pub to help you further your career.
