Sous Chef - £26,754– West Sussex My client is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the culinary team at one of their care homes near Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will collaborate with the Head Chef in preparing meals for residents, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and hygienically. The kitchen should be maintained clean, meeting both food safety guidelines and the care home's high standards. The role is 3 days on and 3 days off. Sous Chef requirements: Qualified chef with experience in care homes, particularly familiar with the dietary needs of elderly and nursing residents. Aid with menu planning and review skills to ensure meals are nutritious and well-balanced.
