You are a skilled and experienced Sous Chef seeking a new challenge.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in Northampton as a DBS Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing the food operation, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, execute recipes, and achieve quality control.
Requirements:
* Candidate must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to undergo one).
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar position is essential.
Salary: £16 - £20.17 per hour
