The Sales Executive role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be highly skilled at discovering customer needs and matching those with the right product. You'll be ready to apply your in-depth product knowledge to build the closest possible match between product and customer. As a Sales Executive with Parks - Carlisle, you'll be proud to represent Toyota, and you'll get great satisfaction from turning showroom visitors into loyal customers.

You will be responsible for:
1. Listening and talking to customers, to uncover their needs and build trust and rapport.
2. Being curious to learn and become 'fluent' in Toyota products and services.
3. Matching customer to product and maximising opportunities through features and add-ons.
4. Guiding customers, advising them and adapting to their approach and buying strategy.
5. Encouraging customers to experience the product through a test drive.
6. Ensuring customer issues are resolved along the customer journey.
7. Maximising opportunities for sales leads via multiple channels.
8. Willingly learning and showing an openness to change, new processes and new ideas.
9. Collaborating with colleagues across the business, providing a seamless service.
10. Representing the Toyota brand and values, proudly serving as an ambassador.
What we are looking for:
1. A full UK driving licence.
2. Eligibility to work in the UK.
3. Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes.
4. High standards of verbal and written communication.
5. Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent).
6. Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills.
7. Interests that support your work-life balance.
