About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Usability Tester Volunteer to ensure our products function flawlessly and provide excellent user experiences. This role focuses on identifying bugs, testing usability, and providing feedback for improvement. To succeed, you should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly products.
Our Needs:
* Conduct Thorough Testing of Products/Features: Identify and document bugs and usability issues.
* Develop and Execute Test Cases: Create comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
* Provide Detailed Bug Reports: Accurately describe issues and steps to reproduce them.
* Test for Usability and User Experience: Evaluate product intuitiveness and ease of use.
* Provide Feedback for Product Improvement: Offer suggestions for enhancements based on testing results.
* Collaborate with Development Teams: Communicate effectively with developers to resolve issues.
The QA/Usability Tester will be reporting to the Technical Team Lead.
