The role: As a Customer Support Associate at Beyonk, you’ll be ensuring our clients make more revenue with our platform, than they would anywhere else. You'll be speaking to clients each day, helping them understand how to use the system and providing creative ideas to grow their business. You’ll share client feedback internally and collaborate with the product team to ensure we continually build and improve our product to help our clients excel. Providing exceptional support via phone, email, and web chat while collaborating with the product team to resolve technical issues. You'll be trained so you can give advice around best online strategies to maximise sales and bookings, and you'll share insights with our clients to help them excel online. You’ll assist in creating and updating help articles for our Knowledge Centre, ensuring clients always have access to comprehensive guides and instructions on various aspects of our product. What we're looking for: This is a hybrid role with two in-office days per week. Ideal candidates will have previous experience thriving in a remote work environment. A self-starter who’s driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial. We'll give you the job scope, systems, and briefs to set you up for success, but we want people who are energised by taking initiative, being self-driven, self-motivated, and maintaining momentum. Strong organisational skills to handle inbound enquiries, manage tickets, and support each one through to conclusion, always aiming to satisfy the client. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a software/IT business. The ideal candidate has a demonstrable track record of collaborating with clients to achieve business goals and creatively addressing client needs through leveraging technology solutions. Someone who is commercially driven, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and work towards revenue-generating objectives while driving customer retention and business expansion.
