The Opportunity
As our Wedding & Event Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and effective sales journeyfrom the first enquiry to themoment the contract is signed. Youll be responsible for converting leads into bookings, conducting bespoke show rounds, and ensuring each couple or client experiences exceptional service that reflects Morden Hall.
This is a target-driven role, requiring a can do mindset and the ability to balance strong commercial acumen with outstanding customer service.
This opportunity would best suit a candidate with sales experience looking for a venue to refine their experience and thrive from the autonomy of the sales process.
Responsibilities
Conduct tailored, high-end show rounds for prospective wedding couples and event clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a seamless, high-quality client journey.
Identify new sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise revenue.
Respond to enquiries proactively and professionally via email and phone.
Provide detailed, accurate quotes and contractual terms.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back to the team.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Morden Hall.

Experience: 1 years event sales experience in a similar venue

Morden Hall is a Grade II listed,18th century Country House, lovingly restored in 2015 into the romantic wedding venue we share with guests today. Located just 30 minutes from Zone 1, Morden Hall benefits from both great transport connections and the picturesque, 125 acres of National Trust parkland it locates itself within.
