The Group Exec of a restaurant based at a luxury holiday resort near Ashbourne is seeking an experienced Head Chef to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The restaurant has simple, well produced menus that feature a combination of Brasserie style dishes and modern pub dishes as well as offering a takeaway service. As Head Chef you will join the team of 4 working in the well equipped kitchen cooking for large numbers during the peak season and ensuring the company procedures are followed consistently.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a food led pub or branded restaurant where you were cooking fresh food. An ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer you progression within a company would be ideal. All round cooking skills in the kitchen are essential for this role.
