The Job Role
1. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in leading a brigade within a busy full service kitchen
2. Provide exceptional food to diners at a high standard
3. The Sous Chef will be managing the kitchen compliance and allergens
Requirements
1. A Sous Chef with a strong background in a hotel or restaurant
2. The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality, preferably rosette awarded kitchen
3. A calm approach to heading up the kitchen during busy service periods
4. The Sous Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
5. The Sous Chef will be interested in current food trends
