Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team for the UK and European regions. The Inside Sales Executive will work primarily on our SmartEquip and Rouse services to identify potential sales leads, nurture them through various sales stages, and successfully close deals. The role will be primarily remote home based using phones, emails, and other virtual communication tools to connect with potential and existing customers however will also require the need to travel to attend team meetings, customer meetings and trade shows as required. Key Responsibilities: Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities. Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails. Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services Maintaining and improving the database of prospects. Researching for new leads. Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers. Upselling products and services. Attending tradeshows to speak with customers/prospects to identify new sales leads. Working with the marketing team to manage and qualify new sales leads. To provide general assistance support to the sales team. Key Qualifications Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and clients. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. To be driven, a self-starter and disciplined team player. To be comfortable working with telephones and handling high volumes of calls and emails daily. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages. An ability to thrive within a competitive, results driven sales culture. Strong commercial acumen with an ability to identify customer upsell opportunities. A desire to learn and for progression within a sales career.
