Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? We've got an exciting position for a Sous Chef to be a crucial member in a busy and top-rated restaurant based in Coggeshall, Essex. Featuring daytime hours with just 1 or 2 evenings a month, the right Sous Chef will be working alongside our Head Chef to create breakfast and lunch dishes.

Collaborating closely with the Head Chef, you'll contribute to the seamless operation of the kitchen, lending your creative touch to evening menus and specials, and even stepping into leadership in their absence.
Position Highlights:
* Full-time role requiring one weekend day per week.

Job Requirements:
* 2 years of kitchen experience.
* Weekend availability required.
* Availability for 10-hour and 8-hour shifts - 5 days a week.

* Ability to manage a team of people.
