My Client, a theme restaurant in central Worcester, is looking to recruit a Permanent Sous Chef
They require a suitably experienced Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge in a highly regarded venue
The main responsibilities of the job includes
* Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
* Support with training, and development of junior kitchen team members
* Supervise food preparation and presentation
* Work closely with front-of-house teams
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
The salary on offer is up to £34,00 plus bonus plus tips
