**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join our team at our Chorley dealership.
As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for conducting Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any faults or repairs needed.
* Diagnose and highlight any faults or repairs needed during inspections.
* Communicate findings clearly to customers and provide advice on necessary repairs.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections and work carried out.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* MOT Tester certification with a valid license (DVSA-approved).
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an automotive dealership.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
