Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of two of our hotels - in the Lake District (soon to be acquired) and St. Helens. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily management, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead operations with the Regional Manager, ensuring alignment across departments
* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
* Maintain high standards of guest service, room quality, and safety
* Assist with budget creation, cost control, and revenue generation
* Manage recruitment, training, and staff performance
* Support local marketing initiatives and build client relationships
* Oversee online reputation and guest reviews
Requirements
* 5+ years in hotel management or similar roles
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with hotel management software (PMS, POS)
* Flexible to work weekends and holidays
* Hospitality degree preferred but not mandatory
