We require a pro-active Customer Support Manager to be the liaison between Pilgrims Europe at Huntingdon and Peterborough sites and all customer communication.
Working Monday to Friday, during office hours, the Customer Support Manager will lead customer visits, complete customer code of practice gap analysis, and manage incidents.
The role includes completing and leading site improvement projects to ensure the site is audit-ready and being the TACCP lead.
The manager will also lead customer quality plans, identify foreign body risks, and attend new product launches.
