We are looking for a highly motivated Learning Design professional, who will be responsible for the design, development, production and maintenance of a wide range of learning solutions. With your creative flair for learning design the goal is to refine the design and content of our learning solutions so that they provide engaging content that resonates with our colleagues. S hare best practices and support other team members in developing their proficiency in learning Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - What you will do: Confidently engage with different stakeholders/SMEs across the business, gathering the relevant information to design and produce exceptional learning material Create a broad range of impactful learning solutions including: eLearning, PDFs, presentations, audio recording, videos, animations, assessments, interactive activities (e.g. simulations/ scenarios) To configure and test e-Learning on the Learning Management System Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes for all materials, to ensure that our solutions are both accurate, and version-controlled Drive forward multiple projects simultaneously and at pace, planning workload, time and commitments effectively. Person Specification Experience & Knowledge Experience within a compliance-orientated industry – such as the insurance industry. Experience of designing training content - both for trainer-led delivery and eLearning Skills & Abilities A broad range of demonstrable experience in learning design (the ability to ‘design for how people learn,’ and to create designs that make learning stick) Exceptional writing skills; spelling, grammar, flow and engagement. Brilliant visual presentation skills; awareness on layout, gamification, branding and the rules of visual impact. Strong and varied digital authoring skills (ideally in Articulate Rise/Storyline) Prior experience of managing content and the learner journey within an LMS (e.g. 360 Learning) Good levels of using all Microsoft Office applications within O365; OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher.
