Due to their continued success, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take responsibility for recruitment and talent management activity across the business.

Working in conjunction with the HR Director and HR Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in within the busy HR function by proactively contributing to the company’s continued growth and expansion, as well as supporting the delivery of a first class, commercially focussed resourcing and recruitment function.
The role at a glance…
1. Full end to end recruitment process responsibility, including creating/updating job specifications, briefing vacancies, liaising with recruiting partners, candidate shortlisting, attendance at first and second interviews, managing job offers etc.
2. Supporting, advising, coaching and training of new and existing line managers in respect of the recruitment and selection processes and training regarding interview technique
3. Management of recruiting partner PSL’s and relations with recruiting agents, on-boarding of new agencies, negotiation of fee structure and ensuring correct business fit
4. Development and management of talent pipelines into the business
5. Working in conjunction with the HR Director to deliver and develop recruitment and talent acquisition strategy in line with the overarching people strategy,
6. Advising, assisting, coaching and influencing managers and senior managers to make informed decisions in relation to the effective development of their staff.
7. Applying creative thinking to resourcing and driving new trends through the business to secure top talent.
8. Building the employer brand from the outset, understanding the multigenerational workforce and ensuring the candidate journey is at the heart of the processes
9. Supporting the HR Director with process improvement in areas such as performance management, developing talent acquisition, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
10. Working proactively with the L&D Specialist and wider to team to ensure training opportunities share alignment with how the business can develop its internal talent pipeline.
Skills & Experience Required:
11. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar talent acquisition or internal recruitment role
12. Previous experience of up to 3 years in a generalist HR related role
13. Level 5 CIPD qualified minimum (preferred)
14. A forward thinking, creative and pro-active approach.
15. Excellent organisation skills, with a structured approach and keen attention to detail.
16. Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, engendering trust/confidence and building relationships.
17. Demonstrative experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt swifty to changing priorities.
18. Previous experience of talent acquisition platforms (ATS, recruitment platforms, talent mapping software, internet sourcing tools).
19. Ability to analyse and interpret HR data.
20. Sound Employment Law knowledge (including GDPR) and its application to recruitment, resourcing and talent management activities
