A Junior Sous Chef position is available at a 4-star Country Spa, multi-outlet hotel, which has a busy dining operation focused on creating fresh, seasonal produce. As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist with organizing staff, monitor, and train the brigade of 7 chefs. The spa hotel serves 60-80 covers each day in the restaurant serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment in a refurbished, well-equipped kitchen.
Requirements:
The Head Chef is seeking a good all-rounder Junior Sous Chef who is looking for a role where they can commit themselves in a fast-paced quality kitchen. It is important that you can adapt to different cooking styles with previous experience of banqueting for large numbers. A confident chef who is capable of organizing others in the kitchen and can support the Head Chef is required for this role. Previous experience working in high-volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organizational skills.
