An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Suzuki & Used Vehicle Sales Executive at Quest Motor Group Salary: £45,000 OTE Exciting benefits package Length: Full Time / Permanent Role: Suzuki & Used Vehicle Sales Executive Location: Quest Motor Group Suzuki Reporting to: Sales Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Sales team as a Suzuki Sales Executive. The role involves selling both Suzuki and used vehicles, providing excellent customer service to present and advise on the products which best suit their needs. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and confident with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Previous motor trade experience, as well as a good understanding of finance and add-on products is desirable. If you are looking to start your career in the motor industry, we would provide training for the right candidate. The suitable candidate would have sales experience and be motivated to learning the role, and an interest in cars would be beneficial. The candidate will need to be confident in dealing with customers, as well as adaptable to working both as part of a team and as an individual in a fast-paced environment. Our Sales Executives at Quest Motor Group Suzuki work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, with an hour lunch break each day and a day off in the week. Develop relationships to win new business. Respond to queries from new/existing customers from multiple channels. Maintain up to date knowledge on manufacture vehicles and product options. Follow sales processes to ensure compliance. Works as a full member of the dealership team. What we’re looking for in a Sales Executive: Previous experience in motor trade sales, and knowledge of the motor industry is preferable. Previous sales experience. Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Excellent customer service/people skills, delivering skills to high standards. Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills. Excellent telephone manner. Flexible ‘can do’ approach. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to us own initiative and work with minimum supervision. Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems.
