Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in North Killingholme. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, designing and updating menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety. Additional responsibilities include sourcing ingredients, maintaining inventory, and addressing customer feedback. The Head Chef will work closely with restaurant management to provide an exceptional dining experience.

* Proven experience in culinary arts, including cooking, menu development, and food presentation.
* Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively manage kitchen staff.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
* Experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant is a plus.
