What Youll Be Doing: Supporting the full colleague lifecycle, from onboarding to career development. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures. Supporting managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and improvement plans. Managing and delivering induction training for new hires. Supporting employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes. Working closely with the L&D team to design and implement training initiatives. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborating with the recruitment team to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
