What you’ll do Analyse learning needs for the transformation portfolio and turn them into clear delivery plans. Create blended training assets (virtual classrooms, e‑learning, job aids, workshops, micro‑learning, etc.). Coordinate project timelines, tracking progress and reporting to the Change Manager. Influence stakeholders at every level, ensuring adoption, compliance and measurable outcomes. Monitor risks and maintain training records in line with regulatory requirements. What you’ll bring Proven track‑record designing and rolling out large‑scale training in a regulated environment (life & pensions experience a big plus). Expertise in instructional design, adult‑learning principles and modern learning technologies/LMS. Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Analytical mindset, able to translate complex change into practical, learner‑friendly solutions. Resilience, decisiveness and a genuine enthusiasm for driving positive change.
