Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collaborating with the Head Chef in designing customized menus tailored to specific events.
2. Assisting in creating dishes that cater to the various tastes and preferences of the guests, taking into consideration allergens and dietary requirements.
3. Training kitchen colleagues on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
4. Managing kitchen shifts and ensuring the team adheres to the schedule.
5. Organizing the kitchen for events, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are ready.
About You
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the Head Chef and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Possess extensive knowledge of event-specific culinary trends and health and safety regulations.
