GBR Recruitment are working in exclusive partnership with a well established & progressive Security, Fire Systems & Access Control installation & service business, recruiting for experienced home / field based (hybrid) Sales Executive to successfully sell Security & Fire Alarms, Access Controls & CCTV solutions (both B2B & B2C) providing bespoke solutions into an array of Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, Distribution, Rail, Construction, Education, Housing & other types of properties across the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire & East Midlands territories.

In this key business development role, you will be highly focused on expanding sales revenue streams & increasing the companies market presence / exposure across the listed territories.
You will sell & promote different makes & models of Security, Fire & Access Control systems with differing capabilities, suitable for all different types of needs whether it be in someone's home or in a business setting.

Sales Executive Duties:
1. To effectively achieve set sales targets at the profit and margin levels required, selling a broad spectrum of Fire, Security, Access Control & CCTV solutions / products (varying makes, brands & specifications).
2. Build a brand new sales pipeline, plus increase business opportunities within current customers (i.e. across more sites or product ranges).
3. Build strong customer relationships for the short & long term benefit of the business & profile raising of the company & its services.
4. Liaise with both business owners / management / directors & residential customers (B2B & B2C sales).
5. Expand the customer base for the companies products / services by identifying new customers & business opportunities within the defined territories.
6. Attend Fire & Security industry exhibitions & networking events.
7. Continually update your knowledge with regards to industry products / technology as well as keeping up to date with the industries developments & current trends.
8. Cross-refer sales of other company products to customers as appropriate.
9. Update records and the CRM system with accurate information.
10. Take part in and positively contribute to all sales / team meetings.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
1. Must be experienced in the Security, Fire & Access Control Services / Solutions industry, as a Sales professional or an Engineer wanting to move into Sales.
2. Some Sales knowledge / exposure in an Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or Security related organisation would be beneficial (not a must as training given).
3. Used to advising businesses on Security & fire protection systems or with the ability to learn (either / or).
4. Full UK Driving license (Pool car provided).
Employee Benefits include:

2. Paid from door to door (home to client's site / place of work).
3. Overtime paid at x1.5 rate after 39 hours.
4. 32 days holiday.
5. 10% commission to be achieved on all NET margins.
6. Home / Field based (Hybrid).
