As part of this expansion Tech Optics is looking to recruit a Customer Support person to their highly capable team.
Role Description
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, enquiries, and will provide quotations and advice to customers. They will work closely with the Commercial Engineering Manager while liaising with the Operations Controller and other departments to ensure targets are met and a high level of customer service is provided.
Main responsibilities:
·Responding to customer enquiries via phone, e-mail and video conferencing
·Producing and following up quotations
·Progressing priority orders
·Supporting external sales and marketing activities and initiatives
·General office administration

·Strong IT skills (MS Office)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
