Description The position's primary responsibility is to support the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Monitoring and Testing (M&T) organization as part of the M&T Governance & Strategy team. M&T Governance & Strategy team provides expertise, oversight and guidance for the M&T program through, Regulatory Management, Policies and Procedures, Training and Awareness, Monitoring and Testing execution tracking, Issue Management, Risk Assessment and Reporting, and Risk Control Self-Assessment. As a Governance and Strategy Senior Associate in Compliance Testing team, you will develop to an subject matter expert level of knowledge in how J.P. Morgan ensure all areas of business are compliant with Compliance and Operation Risk framework requirements. Job responsibilities Works as part of a team that governs the M&T Program and determines how the team moves and improves each year Work swith large data sets to pull trends and insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders Performs analysis to identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design potential solutions, and quantify bottom-line financial impact Develops project plans and document and analyse business systems/processes Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Dedicated to producing high-level of attention to detail and quality of work that represents the team Passionate about process improvement through automation Enjoy challenging the status quo by providing critical and analytical thinking and strong decision making capabilities to identify problems, propose creative solutions, and escalate as necessary Possess the necessary skills for presenting to senior stakeholders Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience working in Exam Management Extensive familiarity in an Audit / Testing / Compliance or risk management environment.
