About the Role We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at Zodia Custody. In this strategic role, you will provide comprehensive human resources support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with leaders and employees to foster a positive, inclusive work culture and ensure the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals. Responsibilities Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, and workforce planning. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, ensuring a shortlisting process that attracts candidates who fit the company culture. Enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires receive mentorship and proper introductions to company processes. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, fostering open communication and addressing concerns. Facilitate conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness. HR Policies and Compliance: Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies across different locations. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of development programs for employees. Promote initiatives that encourage continuous professional development and career growth. HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on key HR metrics to stakeholders. Project Management: Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall employee experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred. 5 years of experience in HR roles, with international experience (specifically APAC and MENA) In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, particularly within the financial services industry (international, not just UK) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proven experience in managing employee relations and complex HR issues. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data. Proficiency in HRIS (HiBob) and MS Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
