My client based in St Ives are expanding their UK sales department and are looking for someone to join their Sales team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This role will include Account Management and handling incoming and outgoing calls to new and existing clients. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm and offering a salary of £23-25,000 depending on experience.
Main responsibilities:
The role involves building relationships with new and existing clients, and may include office work, on-the-road visits and attending exhibitions around the UK.
Ideally, you need to have a sales background and be proficient in the use of MS office with the ability to learn quickly about our products and procedures whilst building relationships with all departments.
The Candidate:
· Excellent telephone manner and be confident in dealing with customers at different levels
· Computer literate, confidence in use of MS Office, internet and email
· Accuracy and attention to detail, able to self-check
· Able to present self and the Company to an extremely high professional standard
· Able to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
· Self-motivated and keen to develop product knowledge and learn
· Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
· Able to work under pressure in a busy sales office
· Excellent attitude and approach towards delivering customer service
· Able to pay attention to detail and self-check
