Corporate Sales Executive
Reporting to: National Corporate Sales Lead
Based: East Croydon / Hybrid
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week at our HQ in East Croydon and 3 days working from home. However, in Easter 2025 we will be moving to our new HQ in Clapham Junction with 3 days a week in the office.

What you need to know about the role…
We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Sales Executive to drive our corporate sales and ensure that the new and in life process is delivered. The Corporate Sales Executive will perform sales, such as maintaining your sales performance and ensuring good relationships are maintained with the clients.
In this role you will:
* Identify new business and client opportunities within our core markets to develop and maintain pipeline of opportunities through all key stages of the sales cycle.
* Ensure all Corporate Membership Account opportunities are met via a new business and account management activities.
* React to customer / partner enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Utilise appropriate resources and supporting Gym Teams to generate further new business to meet ambitious growth plans.
* Develop an engagement plan to generate new sales leads and maximise Corporate Account opportunities.
* Share ideas, provide valuable insights and advice with Corporate Membership Partners, gym teams and key stakeholders to grow accounts.
Let us tell you what we are looking for…
* Sales experience including Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C)
* Successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets, results driven.
* Experience of nurturing relationships and managing / developing accounts in a consultative and influential way.
* Establish professional relationships with customers and potential prospect accounts.
* Experience of presenting to decision makers at all levels both face to face and remotely in informal and formal environments.
* Strong commercial background.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to manage your own time (remotely and office based), workload and resources effectively.
