We have an excellent opportunity for Sous Chef to join our client’s coastal hotel and spa with relaxed brasserie bar and fine dining restaurant situated in an South East Cornwall fishing village.
The right candidate will need to be passionate about food and a problem solver. You will need to be motivated with a drive to excel in this role. Within this role you will be set with ensuring the highest levels of food safety and food hygiene are adhered to, whilst keeping up to date records and documenting working practices.
Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings.
This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive starting salary of up to £34,000pa DOE.
