An innovative client in software solutions is looking for a hardworking and enigmatic Sales Executive to join their team.

Key responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
* Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
* Prepare and arrange appropriate demonstrations on products and services
* Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if required
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
* Create quotations for clients with accurate information and pricing
* Maintain a high level of admin to ensure client records are maintained at all times
* Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
* Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
* Maintain sales case records to the highest standards using the in-house CRM system
You will bring:
* 1-2 years’ experience in a sales background (preferably experienced with doing so over the phone, messages and video calls)
* Excellent customer service and sales skills
* Willingness to develop with feedback and mentorship
* Representation of the company in a professional manner
* Experience working with a CRM, maintaining records and updating client profiles and progress
Working hours are Monday-Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 8:30-5:30.
