Fix My Legals is growing, and we need an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team! As our conveyancing business continues to kick butt and make the moving process smoother for brokers, agents, and most importantly, clients, we’re looking to expand our team to keep up with the demand.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Care Superstar—someone who truly enjoys helping clients and can provide outstanding support throughout the entire process. If you love making people feel valued and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience, this role is for you.
Your goal will be to leave a lasting, positive impression on every client, ensuring they’re so impressed they can’t wait to share their experience with friends and family.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Great Communication Skills: You must be approachable, supportive, and able to build strong relationships.
2. Experience: Ideally, you’ll have at least 1-2 years of experience in estate agency, financial services, or conveyancing, but if you have a passion for helping people, we’d love to hear from you.
3. Caring Nature: You must genuinely want to help clients and be a positive, supportive presence.
4. Target-Driven: You thrive on delivering great results.
5. Team Spirit: While you can work from home most of the time, we’d love for you to join us in our Turnditch, Derbyshire office for one day a month for team catch-ups and bi-monthly countryside team walks.
