We have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals, who are team players, looking for the next stage in their career to be part of a strong enthusiastic sales team & customer service team to support the growth of a global lubricants brand, Castrol. You will work with visiting Automotive Workshops across the UK to help promote the Castrol branded workshop program and drive sales.
We have a Full-time, permanent role based in Kingswinford, Dudley, working 37.5 hours per week. You will work closely with our sales and customer service team, building strong relationships and helping to boost awareness of Castrol and the product range across Automotive Workshops. As a Lubricant Sales Executive at Certas Energy, you will be responsible for providing the best customer service, dealing with inbound enquiries within the lubricants sales office, and maximizing sales opportunities and customer experience through consultative selling, strong account management, up/cross selling, and new customer acquisition. You will utilize your account management and negotiation skills to increase margin across your customer portfolio. We strive to exceed customer expectations through team-working, professional interaction, and effective communication.
