MCS Group is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide First and Second Line Support to our manufacturing client in Lurgan. As Service Desk Analyst, you you will provide technical support across multiple NI sites, and work with the global service desk to ensure timely resolution of support queries. You will work with a close-knit team of IT Support Specialists, and gain excellent exposure to the manufacturing sector.

** Please note - this role requires on-site working in Northern Ireland **
The Role
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for multiple sites in NI
You will solve technical issues for employees, everything from password resets, to desktop and laptop set ups, to mobile device management, to infrastructure and network connectivity for manufacturing machinery,
This is an on-site role, with an early finish on Fridays!
The Requirement
This role is ideal for an IT Support professional with 1+ years relevant experience, who is hoping to further develop their experience.
Prior 1st / 2nd line support experience is required, providing support for a variety of software and hardware.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
You will have an awareness of ITIL, and have worked with a variety of ticketing software and device management tools.
You will be ready to start in the next 2 - 4 weeks, as this is an urgent requirement for the client.
Access to transport and driving license is required.
Duration : 6 month FTC
Salary : £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata / DOE)
