Role Overview:
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the company's award-winning range of products. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will manage a geographical area covering The Midlands, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, West Midlands, Wales and Bristol areas of England, travelling to customers and providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve targets and KPIs set for your area
* Develop efficient and effective sales strategies in partnership with the wider sales team and directors
* Build and maintain key relationships with accounts and their customers
* Monitor and manage leads using CRM and lead generation software
* Assist customers with marketing requirements
* Audit existing installers to ensure compliance with Installer Agreements
* Align with the culture, products, brand, and target market of the business
* Monitor costs and work within budgets
* Update displays/literature to promote new product launches or marketing developments
* Identify key opportunities in collaboration with the wider team
* Produce monthly progress reports
* Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
* Stay updated with products and competitors
* Provide product training to installers
* Resolve or direct customer enquiries efficiently
* Maintain a good working knowledge of the product portfolio
* Collaborate on key projects as required
Qualifications and Skills:
* Some previous sales experience, preferably in an internal sales role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a creative approach
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet sales targets and KPIs
* Digitally competent with both PC and App-based software
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a large geographical area
* Full driving licence
