We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized person to join Vuba Surfaces as a Specifications Sales Executive, this will be a key role focused on developing relationships with Specifiers and Architects. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of projects with clients ensuring Vuba products are the first choice on Commercial and Residential projects as well as promoting the benefits of using Vuba resin bound surfacing.
Responsibility to deliver expected conversion rates on a select number of projects following a cradle to grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team
Liaising with all key stake holders on new projects, while documenting progress and activities on all personally assigned opportunities
Managing Contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews on levels and spend to justify terms
All reporting is to be completed weekly on the CRM system
Identifying incremental growth opportunities
Representing and supporting the business at various social and brand awareness events
Site Assistance and technical training
Own the delivery and supply of your projects by supporting our operational departments
An excellent knowledge of the Architects marketplace, and a proven track record of working on large scale commercial, Industrial and Residential projects
Excellent Account Management skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels.
An understanding of the project stages and decision-making process in commercial and residential construction.
Driving license is essential for this role as there will be travel involved.
