What’s involved?
As a Head Chef, you will lead from the front, motivating the team around you and maintaining high standards and knowledge of Health & Safety. You will also be responsible for:
1. Cooking meats, seafood, paneer, and vegetables over a large open-flame grill, balancing searing and slow cooking.
2. Developing and refining signature Indian grill dishes for a modern menu.
3. Enhancing the concept by engaging with front-of-house staff and guests.
4. Preparing authentic marinades with freshly ground spices, yogurt blends, and tenderising techniques.
5. Preparing and cooking authentic tandoori dishes, including naan, roti, sheekhs, and marinated meats.
6. Managing the tandoor oven for optimal temperature and perfect results.
7. Innovating tandoor recipes to fit modern dining trends while maintaining authenticity.
