You will provide analytical and project management support for the company's compensation programmes. The responsibilities include participating in compensation surveys, analysing market data and job descriptions, producing reports, assisting with Executive Benchmarking, and participating in departmental projects to support the compensation strategy. You will be responsible for: Collaborate with recruiting to develop competitive compensation offers Develop strong internal and external relationships to support compensation and HR efforts Ensure accurate benchmarking data for C-Suite compensation reviews Follow Firm policies, share useful information, and improve service delivery Lead compensation survey processes and ensure accurate job matching Maintain and safeguard confidential information Provide consultative guidance on policies, analysis, and market practices to managers Produce standard and ad hoc reporting for various departments Strengthen the Firm's philosophy of meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations Study market data and trends to determine salary and job grades Support the development of Firm-wide compensation practices and policies Track compensation trends through industry participation and benchmarking studies About you: Bachelor's degree in business or human resources (or equivalent) A good amount of prior experience in compensation analysis with a basic understanding of survey submission procedures and job matching Prior human resource-related work experience in employee relations, benefits, recruiting and HR systems is preferred Understanding of relational databases and human resources management systems is preferred To discuss this vacancy, or to hear more about any other HR opportunities across Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Thomas Greer in the strictest confidence.
