We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Manager (internally known as Resourcing Manager) with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to join our team. Reporting to the Resourcing Business Partner, you'll partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a high quality and efficient recruitment service to the business with one eye on continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and have a hands-on approach to partnering our stakeholders as this role involves balancing delivery of recruitment activities across various business areas as well as working on team projects to further improve our offering to the business and candidates.
This a fantastic opportunity for someone who passionate about recruiting the best talent and delivering great customer service. The role line manages and supports development of a Recruitment Advisor.
What will you be doing?
* delivering high quality end to end recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.
* be a champion for DEI and best practice recruitment processes and get involved in upskilling hiring managers and interviewers
* work with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and proactively source candidates for hard to fill roles using your skills on platforms like LinkedIn to approach and engage passive talent
* get involved in exciting team projects to deliver continuous improvements such as implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System, designing and delivery of manager education sessions, updating our careers website or building on our DEI activities etc
* supporting the selection process through shortlisting and pre-screening candidates and supporting interviews where required.
* work as part of the Resourcing management team to build and deliver the resourcing strategy for all of our business areas and our early careers offering.

* high levels of organisation, able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and balance project work
* excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build strong and trusting relationships with experience of guiding managers through recruitment cycle
* takes a genuinely collaborative approach in solving business problems using data to support your solutions
* the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and verbal).
* experience of using recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable
* experience of MS 365 tools with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
