Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the recruitment team as a Senior Recruitment Manager on a 12 month fixed term/secondment basis. The individual will be responsible for the delivery of a central comprehensive and multi-faceted recruitment service for all admin and clerical recruitment (from Band 5-8B) and Essentia (Estates and Facilities) recruitment in accordance with service level agreements and Trust policies. The Senior Recruitment will line manage the Recruitment Manager for this area. The role involves managing high volume of vacancies, the post holder will demonstrate outstanding customer service, working with team to provide a positive customer (applicant and hiring manager) experience. The role is based at Great Dover Street in Borough with remote working but may also require flexible working at any Trust site including St Thomas', Guy's, Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals.
